In advance of the 2009 G8 Summit and a visit to Pope Benedict by President Obama, Pope Benedict calls for a United Nations "with teeth" that will use its power to "redistribute wealth" on a global scale.  It sounds as if Pope Benedict is calling upon the promotion of that beast with "teeth" described in Revelation Chapter 9.  The good news is for those who worship rather than manage the environment, Revelation Chapter 9 verse 4 says that beast was not allowed to hurt the grass or trees (the growing things).
