  Jeff Dickstein explains the substance of the Bill Bentson federal civil case where the Court silenced him for expressing his opinion about the validity of the ratification of the 16th Amendment.  He says that the Court refuse to examine the facts relating to Mr. Bentson's allegations.  Mr. Dickstein asserts that the modern courts are giving Mr. Bentson the same treatment given to Galileo when he claimed that the universe was not geocentric. This is Part I of a 3 part interview.
