Your show hit an all time low challenging Obama's birth certificate. It is bad enough that you are trying to push your religious views into American politics, but now you are just joining the ridiculous right wing anti Obama machine. The biggest farce you push on people is the so called war on religion or anti christian sentiment in this country. There is nothing that keeps you from worshiping any way you choose. You have decided that it is your business and mission in life to make sure non believers, like myself, live the way you think I should. You say that our freedom will come in proportion to our faith. I say that faith will be the downfall to freedom. Thomas Jefferson and James Madison were fervently against religion being involved with politics. Jefferson learned to question the undoubting faith required to be a "good" christian. He hated seeing government sanctioned religion because the religious leaders, who were paid by the state, were corrupt and that corruption in religious leaders today is alive and well.

I personally don't care one way or another about Mr. Obama's birth certificate status. The issue of how the whole question is being dealt with is the interesting aspect of the story. So far, the factual matters have been debated by bloggers rather than be scrutinized by credible measures. Until the matter is tested, the challenge will not be put to bed. If it turns out to be false, somebody with an affidavit about a Kenyan birth certificate needs 3 hots and a cot. If it turns out to be true, it poses very interesting constitutional questions.
I agree with you that corruption in religious leaders is alive and well today. I am glad you listen to my show but I will not be offended if you rather spend the same time reading how Jesus rebuked the corrupt religious leaders of his day. It is clear to me that the corrupt government leaders of the day and everybody else were less likely to change their ways to conform to the true religion that God has instituted if all they had corrupt religious leaders as a model. Another good reason Jesus as "God with us" was necessary. It comes down to whether I am right with my Heavenly Father. Jesus said that He was the only way to the Father. I have to take what Jesus said and put it in to practice.
